The partner program aims to provide sales training and resources such that system integrators are empowered with adequate knowledge of the process to sell AI assurance services. Critical to this is the ability to assess the feasibility of a model given the requirements of the client, including proper assessment of the risk factors for deployment and management of that model as well as accurate quotation of such deployments.

How it works

Trained, tested, then certified.

Partners are provided an understanding of the TestaMark systems that deliver the service, namely the PASS gateway software, alongside the additional analytics in the TestaMark portal. An online training service follows an initial phase of manual training, and is used for later adopters and for retesting compliance and understanding. As an early adopter, your feedback is incredibly valuable to the future development and refinement of the program, and TestaMark pursues an iterative improvement design in the training with your assistance.

Timeline of integration

From capability session to launch.

  1. 01

    Capability session

    A demonstration of capability session (30-minute presentation) before training starts.

  2. 02

    Training

    In-person or virtual one-on-one training sessions (1 hour each), covering 3 topical tutorials over a fortnight.

  3. 03

    Feedback

    Feedback and questions are gathered from these sessions and used to improve the future offering with online portal training. Your feedback is continually referenced to iterate upon the training methods deployed.

  4. 04

    Agreement

    A reseller agreement is issued during the training period and must be signed before the program launch, else the contract and all other dealings with TestaMark's partner program are considered concluded.

  5. 05

    Partner portal

    Access to and training on the Partner Portal commences.

  6. 06

    Further training

    Additional training modules are released, prioritising AI management and risk assessment (ISO/IEC 42001, EU AI Act, etc.).

  7. 07

    Support portal

    The TestaMark support portal becomes accessible for submission of help tickets.

  8. 08

    Portal training modules

    The first online portal training modules become available for completion and feedback.

  9. 09

    Launch

    The Partner Program is launched and sales can commence. Reselling is not permitted before this point.
